Samsung Taiwan har angiveligt skrevet anonnyme negative kommentarer om HTC One.
Producenterne kæmper om brugernes gunst, og hvis ikke det bliver opdaget, så lad os da svine konkurrenterne lidt til. Det lader ihvertfald til at være tanken bag ved da Samsung Taiwan angiveligt skulle have hyret studenter til at poste negative anmeldelser på nettet i Taiwan om HTC One.
Samsungs seneste flagskib, Galaxy S 4, har fået meget kritik for valget af byggematerialer (plastik), og der er ingen tvivl om at HTC One med sit unibody aluminiumsdesign er noget der tiltaler kunderne.

Det virker ikke særlig fair at bruge denne slags “markedsføring”, men faktum er at HTC både prøvede at sjæle opmærksomheden under lanceringen af Samsung galaxy S 4, samt var hurtigt ude med udtalelser om designet på samme.

Ihvertfald har Samsung Taiwan nu offentligt givet en undskyldning, det skriver SamMobile.

The recent incident was unfortunate, and occurred due to insufficient understanding of these fundamental principles.
Samsung Electronics Taiwan (SET) has ceased all marketing activities that involve the posting of anonymous comments, and will ensure that all SET online marketing activities will be fully compliant with the company’s Online Communications Credo.
We regret any inconvenience this incident may have caused. We will continue to reinforce education and training for our employees to prevent any future recurrence.
